Vacuum Crunch

Lay on your back with knees up, feet flat on the ground. Contract abdominals using a TVA vacuum technique, and while contracted, lift body of the ground in a crunching motion towards the knees. Breathe through the vacuum and keep it as contracted as possible for a narrowed waist.
