Inspired by the golden era of bodybuilding, this exercise is designed to drop inches off of your waist and flatten your stomach like no other! There are three variations of TVA Vacuums that I personally use. These variations are detailed in the video below.

What are the benefits of the Transverse Abdominis Vacuum?

Some benefits of this exercise include a flat stomach, inches off the waistline, muscular support of lower lumbar, and major injury prevention. This will strengthen the transverse muscles, which are not connected to a bone, leaving them as a muscular corset for the body and spine.
