Six Minutes In Heaven
My single favorite fat burning or weight loss workout!
This is a multi-set workout consisting of: High Knees, Mountain Climbers, And Burpees. 30 seconds of each workout followed by ONLY 30 seconds of rest, resulting in a 2 minute set. This is repeated 3 times in immediate succession.
High knees: Run in place focusing on bringing the knees high on the chest and keeping feet off the ground as much as possible.
Mountain Climbers: On all fours(or plank position) fire knees one at time up to chest. This simulates a horizontal run.
Burpees: Starting with a jump(as much force as possible upward), land and immediately drop into a pushup position. One clean pushup. Quickly pull feet under yourself and propel upward into vertical jump(starting jump).
