DB Pullover

Lay on an incline bench and choose a lightweight that can be controlled. Roll shoulder blades(Scapula) back, and pinch chest between outreached arms. Slowly lower dumbbell head back, stretching lats and chest. Pull dumbbell back over head to starting position, focusing on squeezing lats and chest through pulling motion.

NOTE: This stretch and squeeze technique forces blood flow to the area and stretches muscle facia to a larger size.

Strength: 3-5 Reps X 4 Sets (Heavy Weights)

Size: 12 Reps X 5 Sets (Medium Weights)

Tone: 20 Reps X 3 Sets (Light Weights)
